Dale Pugh brings over 50 years of legal, law enforcement, security and investigative experience to his law firm clients. After handling over 30,000 legal cases as a criminal prosecutor, criminal defense attorney and civil trial attorney, including 192 jury trials, Dale understands what an attorney needs in any case requiring investigation. For those of you who have not been sued, arrested or investigated by Dale Pugh, he is from Kansas (Go Jayhawks – Go Chiefs). He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps where he served as a White House Military Aide. He is a former Supervisory Special Agent of the FBI, serving as a Soviet Counter-Intelligence Officer (he helped win the Cold War – You're Welcome) former Director of Security with PepsiCo and Quiznos Subs, former Deputy District Attorney and plaintiff's civil trial attorney. In his spare time, he goes to baseball games and Broadway musicals (Go Damn Yankees).
